Tolip El Narges is truly a comfortable, homely, presentable and clean Hotel. Even tho we were there for a short time but we truly enjoyed our stay. One of the best views is from the balcony. There are malls, cafes, restaurants in walking distance from the Hotel and others are 5-10 minuets with car which the front desk will help to sort. The staff were wonderful and the facilities in the Hotel which was shown in by photos on Booking.com were even better in reality. The breakfast was excellent and many verities to choose from. I would like to take the time to thank Ms Noor Ashraf, Reservation Manager for responding to inquiries with a Professional and clear manner and extending our check out time due to our late flight and Ms Maha for assisting us from the same department when Ms Noor was off, Ms Sandy, Guest Relation for her assistance and pleasant personalty, Mr Ahmad Jamal at the Front Desk who received us as we arrived with a big smile and positive and friendly attitude. Mr Mahmood from the concierge for taking us to our rooms and showing us where everything is and the contact numbers, Mr Tareq from housekeeping for being helpful and respectful. Overall our experiences was wonderful from all sides and I would definitely book with them again and I would recommend to fellow booking.comers to choose this hotel.

I usually don’t find the time to write reviews but wow this hotel deserved another honest review. I have stayed at a few different hotels since me and my family have been here in Egypt the past two years almost and this was the best hotel experience overall by far! from the great accommodating customer service, the cleanliness, the comfort of the room, the very vintage hotel decor, and the food was exceptional. As a mother with small children the fact that this hotel had a large outdoor well equipped play area aside from the pool with very clean out door portal potties for children was just awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families it truly felt like home away from home. And again it was VERY clean well maintained and the food was great quality with many options for the buffet & room service menu. Will definitely visit again Insha Allah . Thank you Tolip from your American visitor’s we will never forget our stay here

The Hotel is nice, is has an big pool and a great team at the reception. Just over the street is a Restaurant, a coffee shop and a convenience store. The Rooms are very clean and are perfectly done every day! The Breakfest is good and local styl.

The staff are very nice except the lady’s (woman staff in restaurant & management), Specially the lady of hotel relations, should not be frowning face and look at people in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable or as you did something wrong !!
